hiking is tired but fun
昨天第一次跟Sheffield的hiking團去健行，真是好累啊~~
到現在還累的全身酸痛說~~可是覺得很值得就是了
因為空氣很好，景色也讓人很舒服，更重要的是…
有"運動"到…呵呵 (說不定可以少一點肉啦~~)
在台灣登山健行的次數不多，所以不是很了解台灣的狀況，
但我們昨天走的路線，
感覺上是在現有的環境中找出一條可以讓人走的路線，
再加以串連~~
所以，有時走的是一條林中的小步道，
有時是走過一片草地，
有時還得穿過別人的牧場…
總之，是一條像是規劃過，
又像是不完全規劃過的hiking 路線…
反正對我這第一次hiking 的人來說，是很有趣的…
下面那張照片，是借用David(也是台灣同學)的，
